A silent retreat may be a new experience for you and may not be appealing yet. If so, that is ok. Here are a few things that may set your mind at ease:

We will provide a gentle retreat guide that may give some structure to your time, if needed.

Conversation during meals is optional in the dining room, and we will designate other spaces as silent for those who prefer to remain silent.

There is no pressure to stay the whole time. We welcome ladies anytime from 2pm Friday through 5pm Saturday (longer if needed, just let us know). Day-only guests are welcome.
